Micaela Dietrich Jewellery offers a 24 month Manufacturing Warranty on Engagement rings and Wedding bands from the date of purchase.

All other pieces of jewellery are covered by a 6 month Manufacturing Warranty.

Products deemed faulty due to a Manufacturing defect may be repaired, remade or refunded for store credit by Micaela Dietrich Jewellery at no cost.

If you deem your piece to contain a manufacturing warranty, please reach out via email info@micaeladietrichjewellery or through our contact page.

Please include your order number/proof of purchase and imagery of the warranty concern.

The following are not deemed manufacturing error, and will not be covered under either our 24 month, or 6 month Warranty.

• Theft or loss
• Dents, abrasions, or scratches on settings due to everyday wear.
• Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages on gemstones due to accidents or wear.
• Pits or holes in settings from exposure to corrosive chemicals.
• Broken Chain
• Discolouration of metals from chemicals, makeup, chlorine exposure, or bathing.
• Normal wear leading to metal wear down, requiring restoration.
• Damage caused by disregarding jewellery care instructions.

Our Manufacturing Warranty is void if jewellery has been serviced by any jeweller other than Micaela Dietrich Jewellery.
